Jeff has been working in the information technology industry for more than a decade. He currently serves as the director of technology for HSP Direct as well as the president of Sunrise Data Services, HSP's internal data services provider.
After graduating from Virginia Tech, Jeff worked as a network technician for Anteon Corporation, and network administrator for Soza and Company. In 2000, he moved to Perot Systems in Washington, D.C., where he served as a network engineer. In 2004, Jeff joined the HSP Direct team and began Sunrise Data Services, developing the company from the ground up. He now manages a database of more than 2.5 million names, addresses and donation histories.
As Vice President of NOVA List Company since 2009, Mark combines 15 years of technical sales, marketing and list management experience to help support HSP Direct's varied direct mail programs and growing client base. His experience in channels sales and multi-channel marketing has been a key asset to NOVA as he manages over 60 million names annually.
Mark's professional background includes four years as vice president of Acquisitions and Production for Media Company, based in Beverly Hills, Calif. He also worked for technology stalwart EMC, a Fortune and S&P 500 company. During his tenure, Mark received EMC's Corporate MVP award for his outstanding work with premier strategic partner AOL.
Mark is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech University and currently resides in Loudoun County with his family.
As HSP Direct's production manager, Nicole's primary concern is ensuring clients' direct mail packages are delivered on time and on budget. She specializes in finding the most cost-effective methods to deliver mailings and meet the diverse needs of our clients. Nicole joined HSP Direct's production team in 2005.
Nicole attended Christopher Newport University, where she graduated with a degree in business administration and a concentration in marketing. Her interest in direct marketing extended beyond the classroom and into her extracurricular involvement as an active member of the Direct Marketing Association.
Nicole resides in Sterling, Va., with her husband, John, and their son, AJ.
Jen brought her customer service and project management skills to HSP Direct in 2006, after several years as a database administrator and business manager at a school in Ashburn, Va. She quickly transitioned to the position of executive assistant in 2007, and began working closely with the agency's partners and its clients, gaining the direct mail knowledge needed to interact with some of HSP's most prestigious clients. Her work on numerous large projects, including one for HSP's highest profile client, earned her deserved recognition, and in January 2011, Jen moved into the position of client relations manager.
Jen graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Computer Information Systems. Currently, she resides in Falls Church, Va.
