HSP Direct established Sunrise Data Services in 2004 to provide a response-oriented database management team with a focus on customer service and quality. The Sunrise team manages the data process from start to finish using the latest technologies to convert and merge incoming data. This includes performing data hygiene checks and updating donor address information using the latest CASS and NCOA software. Sunrise also performs frequent data updates to ensure the most current and accurate information, resulting in higher deliverability rates and reduced postage costs for their clients. Sunrise Data works closely with the Program Analysis team to target and segment donors to ensure the best results.
In addition to managing data, Sunrise is constantly working to improve internal systems and implement new technologies to maximize the client's experience. Sunrise Data Services has designed and developed e-SUN, an online tool that allows clients the ability to login and view donor information with detailed donation history and list reports. This system was designed with flexibility in mind, and client involvement has helped to create a cutting-edge system able to adapt to our client's evolving needs.
