HSP Direct is seeking a strategic thought partner to join our team as Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will spearhead the development of an ongoing, scalable recruitment strategy in alignment with the leadership team’s vision.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure our ability to identify, attract, and recruit the best candidates for every single role
  • Build strong relationships with leadership to gain a clear understanding of their staffing goals
  • Lead the development of job descriptions and creation of scorecards
  • Cultivate a pipeline of talent for both current and future positions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company recruitment/networking events
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls
  • Oversee applicant and new hire paperwork and onboarding

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about conservative politics and/or conservative non-profit causes
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with others in various levels of leadership
  • 5+ years recruiting or related experience
  • BA degree or higher in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field is required
